Spoof eBay email

Here is a spoof eBay email which was distributed on 5th August 2003. There are none of the usual graphics, but that may be because it was forwarded to me in text format, or it may well be that it was originally distributed just like this.

The header information and the URL, which was heavily digsuised within the link in the email, all led to a Yahoo! Geocities user. No files are available at the link address any more, so the scam has been put to an end by eBay and Yahoo.

This spoof follows the revised pattern of requesting that you go to a web page as opposed to earlier spoofs that asked you to enter information into a form within the email itself.
