Spoof eBay email

Here is a spoof sent in to us and which was distributed on 6th August 2003. eBay's own graphics have been used again, but the two links lead to a www.ebayupdate.net where a spoof page would have requested your information. The domain www.ebayupdate.net is NOT owned or operated by eBay, there are also a few other domains named 'ebayupdate' none of which are owned or operated by eBay and we may expect to see these incorporated into other spoof eBay email.

This spoof follows the revised pattern of requesting that you go to a web page as opposed to earlier spoofs that asked you to enter information into a form within the email itself.
